I have one identical to this. The variation with the speed control at bottom left seems to be somewhat unusual, only on earlier VV-VIII models.

The concept of "one man's trash is another man's treasure" is alive and well here, but it is not the only thing this blog is about (although that is indeed what most blogs are - imho). In fact, my usage of the word "junk" in the title, is only relative in the sense that I feel that many things that I find personally fascinating, are things that many people in my life find quite useless.
