Pro-Ject Debut III
New, but with issue....
Too bad since I'm really excited to start using this. I've been pondering used TT's but this came up as a clearance item, brand new sealed with full warranty @ $99. I'll post an "After" video once this comes back.
Best Buy chose to refund my money on this after they decided they were not going to fix or replace it. Bummer. Sumiko gave me a direct line to a key BB tech, who called around and called me back to say they would fix it,instructed me what to do as far as packing etc. That communication was nice. What wasn't nice is it took a week for BB to tell me they weren't going to fix and shouldn't have taken it in. Further frustration after they told me to come down to the store, they were hesitant to refund me-and that was after I owned it for 10 days, most of which was at service! Final annoyance was that they had me on a call list and called me a couple times to pick up the turntable - which of course wasn't there and after they had long refunded me.
